    John W. Chidsey

    President & Chief Executive Officer, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

    John W. Chidsey serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), a S&P 500 company that operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Prior to this, he was CEO of Subway Restaurants for five years, leading the company until late 2024. He brings deep knowledge of large-scale operations, financial management, and corporate strategy to NCLH’s Board of Directors. Prior to Subway, he was CEO of Burger King Holdings, Inc., following his tenure as the company’s President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Burger King, he held key leadership positions at Cendant Corporation, where he served as Chairman and CEO of two major divisions. He led the Vehicle Services Division, overseeing brands such as Avis Rent A Car, Budget Rent A Car Systems, PHH, and Wright Express, as well as the Financial Services Division, which included Jackson Hewitt. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chidsey held various senior financial leadership roles at PepsiCo.

    Mr. Chidsey has also served on the boards of Encompass Health Corporation, Burger King Holdings (as Chairman), and Brinker International. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a J.D. from Emory University, as well as a B.A. from Davidson College.

  • Jason Montague

    Jason Montague

    Chief Luxury Officer

    Jason Montague is Chief Luxury Officer Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. In this role, he oversees Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises as the brands execute their long-term newbuild and refurbishment program.

    Before this appointment, Montague served as a Special Advisor to NCLH for two years after leading the Regent Seven Seas Cruises brand as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2022. Before that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for both the Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands, where he successfully oversaw the launch of Sirena for Oceania Cruises and the Seven Seas Explorer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Before NCLH’s acquisition of Prestige, Montague was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Prestige, where he played a key role in launching Oceania Cruises, overseeing the purchase of its initial R-class vessels, securing an investment from Apollo Global Management, and acquiring Regent Seven Seas Cruises. He also led the financing and delivery of Oceania Cruises’ new ships, Marina and Riviera. Prior to that, he served as Oceania Cruises’ VP & Treasurer and SVP of Finance. Earlier, he ran a consulting practice focused on strategic planning for SMEs and was VP of Finance at Alton Entertainment Corporation. Montague holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Miami.

    Nathan Hickman

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Nathan Hickman joined Oceania Cruises in 2003 as a member of the original startup team and held various roles within the sales organization, including overseeing inside sales, international sales and national accounts. As Vice President of National Accounts, he oversaw Oceania Cruises’ consortia and national partnerships in addition to launching the company’s onboard future sales program and Oceania Club loyalty program.

    Nathan was appointed Vice President of Sales for the Norwegian Cruise Line brand, following the acquisition of Oceania Cruises by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in 2014. Nathan returned to Oceania Cruises at the beginning of 2020, overseeing the line’s Sales Channel Marketing, Operations and Engagement strategy. In 2023, he was appointed Chief Marketing Officer, assuming responsibility for Oceania Cruises’ consumer and trade marketing efforts globally.

    In February 2025, Nathan was promoted to become the line’s Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibility for the line’s sales, marketing and revenue management activities.

    Franco Semeraro

    Vicepresidente Sénior de Operaciones Hoteleras
